In Morgane Pasqualini’s work, form seems to grow rather than be constructed.
Raised in the Hautes-Alpes, close to the Italian border, her practice remains deeply connected to landscape — to open space, silence, and the slow rhythms of nature. This sensitivity translates into a sculptural language shaped by irregularity, variation, and movement.
Her forms draw from vegetal structures and organic growth, while also carrying distant echoes of Greco-Roman antiquity — a cultural layer rooted in her Corsican-Italian heritage. These references do not appear as citations, but as underlying traces within the work.
Each piece unfolds with a sense of fluidity, as if in continuous transformation. Surfaces remain alive, responsive to light, and guided by a search for balance that is never fixed.
Her work is driven by a quiet attention to beauty — not as an ideal, but as something felt, sensed, and continuously redefined.
